출시 선물은 아직 시작되지 않았습니다
대상은 첫 정식 앱 1.0(빌드 44 이상)입니다. 보라색 마법서 별빛냥과 해당 아이콘은 자격이 확인되면 추가 결제 없이 영구 제공됩니다. 마감은 첫 실제 App Store 판매 가능 시각부터 정확히 2,592,000초 뒤이며, 그 시각과 같거나 늦은 원구매일은 제외합니다. 구매 시기의 기준은 Apple이 검증한 원구매일로, 사전 구매도 포함합니다. 첫 실행일·기기 시간대에 따라 기간이 다시 시작되지 않습니다.
실제 시작·마감 시각은 아직 미정입니다. 서명된 공통 일정 문서는 현재 날짜 대기 상태입니다. 실판매 앱은 검증된 최종 일정이 있어야 새 선물을 제공합니다. 대상 확인이 불확실하면 별빛냥의 유료 구매도 보류하며 번역 기능은 유지합니다.

Privacy Policy 1.7 and Terms of Use 1.5 are presented to new users before the first public app release, without retroactive effect. The app has not yet been publicly released, and its actual release time is not set. This notice does not release the app or activate the gift.

- Privacy: the new version clarifies temporary on-device content, Mac shortcuts and clipboard behavior, purchase verification, AI refinement, temporary image files and selected-web-text results. It adds launch-gift purchase-date checks and the local gift-entitlement marker.
- Public schedule: only a currently verified Production app purchase permits the fixed HTTPS request. No purchase, account or translation data is included. Only a signed final public schedule is cached locally. Sandbox/TestFlight/Xcode, failed or unverified lookups, and unknown environments make no schedule request.
- Hosting: the notice explains Cloudflare's handling of IP addresses, request time/address, common User-Agent and other connection metadata, service/security traffic aggregates and retention criteria. On-device translation and optional private iCloud history sync remain unchanged.
- Terms: the catalog is stated as the standard appearance, three free skins and eleven optional paid skins. Valid paid purchases, Family Sharing and restoration rights remain separate from the launch gift.
The launch gift has not started
Eligible customers of the first public app, version 1.0 (build 44 or later), receive Starlight Grimoire Cat and its icons permanently without an additional payment. Eligibility uses Apple's verified original app-purchase date, including preorders: it must be strictly earlier than the first actual App Store availability time plus 30×24 hours (2,592,000 seconds). A purchase at or after the cutoff is excluded. Late first launch, reinstall or restore does not remove eligibility, and the window does not restart with the customer's first launch or device timezone.
The actual start and cutoff remain unset. The signed public schedule is pending. Production grants need a verified final schedule. While eligibility is unknown, a separate purchase of this skin is held back; translation remains available.
Future changes retain the advance-notice commitments in Privacy Policy section 12 and Terms Article 8.
