첫 정식 앱의 개인정보 처리 안내
첫 정식 출시로 버녁을 처음 이용하는 분에게는 첫 제공 때부터 방침 1.8이 적용됩니다. 이 안내가 게시되기 전부터 이용한 분에게는 부터 적용하며, 그전까지는 방침 1.7이 적용됩니다. 아래 내용은 첫 정식 앱이 실제로 정보를 처리하는 방법입니다.

방침 1.7에서 바로잡은 내용
- 대화는 한 기기에서. 이전 방침은 두 기기를 연결해 서로에게 문장을 보내는 방식을 설명했습니다. 첫 정식 앱에서는 두 사람이 한 iPhone이나 iPad의 대화 화면을 함께 사용합니다. 다른 사람의 기기로 대화를 직접 보내지 않습니다. 페어링된 Apple Watch와 iPhone 사이의 음성 번역, 선택적 개인 iCloud 기록 동기화는 별개의 기능입니다.
- Apple Watch 녹음의 보관 기간. 방향 선택 전 복구 파일은 생성 후 15분이 기준입니다. 전송을 요청한 파일은 화면 대기가 끝난 뒤에도 Watch에 남을 수 있습니다. 전송 대기열은 요청 후 7일, 최대 8건을 기준으로 관리합니다. iPhone의 미완료 작업은 생성 후 7일이 기준이며, 기기가 멈춰 있으면 다음 실행·재개·조회 또는 재시도 때 정리합니다. 녹음 보관 안내
- 사진과 번역 카드. 사진을 불러오는 동안의 임시 복사본과 사용자가 카드 저장을 요청할 때 만드는 임시 이미지는 각 작업이 끝나면 정리합니다. 강제 종료되면 임시 파일이 기기에 남을 수 있습니다. iPhone·iPad 빌드 46은 앱을 시작할 때 생성·수정 후 24시간이 넘은 앱 자체의 남은 파일을 정리합니다. 사용자가 사진 보관함에 저장한 결과물은 별도입니다.
- 스킨 탭에서 선물 확인. 앱 시작, 설정, 스킨 탭이나 미리보기 열기, 구입 복원 중에 선물 대상 여부를 확인할 수 있습니다. Apple이 이번 조회에서 정식 구매를 확인했고 최종 일정이 기기에 없을 때만 공통 일정 파일을 받습니다.
- 웹페이지 방문과 앱 일정 조회. 웹페이지에는 Cloudflare의 방문 성능 측정 스크립트가 제공될 수 있으며 페이지 주소와 로딩 시간 등을 처리합니다. 앱은 공통 일정 파일만 읽고 이 스크립트를 실행하지 않습니다. 호스팅 업체는 IP 주소 등 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 처리 항목과 목적
앱과 스킨의 가격·구입 권리·복원 조건은 이용약관 1.5를 따릅니다. 별빛냥 선물은 실제 App Store 첫 판매 시각을 기준으로 합니다. 공개 일정 파일에서 서명된 최종 일정이 확인되어야 지급이 시작됩니다. 문서 게시일이나 방침 적용일로 선물 시작일을 정하지 않습니다.

Privacy notice for the first public release
Policy 1.8 applies from first public availability to people using Bunyek for the first time. For people who used Bunyek before this notice was published, it takes effect December 5, 2026 at 00:00 Korea Standard Time. Policy 1.7 applies to those users until then. The information below explains how the first public release works.

- Conversation on one device. Policy 1.7 described connecting two devices to exchange sentences directly. In the public app, two people share a conversation screen on one iPhone or iPad. It does not send conversations directly to the other participant’s device. Paired Watch–iPhone voice translation and optional personal iCloud history sync are separate features.
- Watch voice recordings. A recording awaiting a language direction has a 15-minute recovery period from creation. Once sent, the Watch can retain the recording even after the screen stops waiting for a result. Its queue has an eight-entry limit and a seven-day retention rule from the transfer request. - Photos and translation cards. The app cleans up temporary files used to import photos or save translation cards when the corresponding work ends. If the app is interrupted, temporary files can remain on the device. At launch, iPhone and iPad build 46 checks for its own leftover files that are more than 24 hours old since both creation and last modification. A finished image saved to Photos is kept separately.
- Gift checks. The app may check eligibility at launch, in Settings, in the Skin tab, in a skin preview, or during a restore. It requests the public schedule only when Apple verifies a production app purchase in the current check and no verified final schedule is stored on the device.
- Website visits and schedule checks. A Cloudflare performance script served on the website may collect the page address and loading metrics when someone visits a page in a browser. The app reads only a schedule file and does not run the website script. The host may process connection information such as IP addresses. Details and purposes.
Terms 1.5 continue to govern app and skin purchases and restoration. The gift starts from actual first App Store availability and requires a signed final public schedule. Policy and publication dates do not start the gift.
